Too funny

Yesterday, I ended up working much later than I intended. I had to cut my work out short, and skip the weights. So I hit the treadmill and watched 90210, and the first 10 minutes of Y & R. I never really realized how cheesy 90210 was...

After my work out, I decided to head to the grocery store. I knew I had some honey roasted turkey at home, so I was going to have a sandwich for dinner. But I needed some potato chips and some dill pickles. I polished off an entire jar of pickles last week. Gone. I get these crazy food cravings sometimes. They last for a week or two, and then I'm done. I won't eat that food again for a while. So right now, it's pickles.

But, it's also Edy's Fun Flavors Peanut Butter Cup ice cream. It's my sister's fault. When she was here in March, she bought some. I tried it and now I'm hooked.

So when I went to check out, I had the Edy's Ice Cream, the pickles, the chips, and then some cereal and milk. I know that casheir was thinking, "when is the baby due?" Because if I was him, that's what I would have been thinking. LOL!

I think that the next time I need those items, I will NOT buy them all at the same time. He was looking at me funny the whole time he was ringing up my items. Just bag the groceries, man! :)

Marilie, I'm the same way with food cravings...I just got over the Hershey's nuggets with toffee and almonds. That one seemed to last a month.

I love those! That's the best nugget they offer. I'm a sucker for anything woth toffee in it. I haven't had any in quite a while, though. Right now I just have a general obsession with peanut butter, lol

I think I will "sneak" to Cold Stone after work.. I'll be sure to discard the evidence so Tyler won't suspect a thing! LOL

Poor Tyler. He can't even get a taste of ice cream. LOL! I like to mix too much stuff into my ice cream at ColdStone. By the time I pay for some ice cream there, I could have bought a 1.5 quart of Edy's.

LOL! I get like that with pickles too. I went overboard the last time and haven't touched them since. This post does make me want to hit up my local Kosher deli back home and have some shipped, though. Hands down, best pickles I've ever had.

I've been craving Smores and steaks (not together) lately. We'll see how long I can resist.

Do you know I have never had S'mores? Guess I did not go on many camping trips as a child. LOL!

Ha! I've never been camping a day in my life. Matter of fact, I didn't have my first S'more until I went to boarding school. We were at a dorm BBQ and you should have seen the look of horror on Becky's face when I told her I had never had one. I guess they chalked it up to me being another one of those "underprivileged inner-city kids." LOL!
